Max Shillam

Max Shillam is a dedicated and impact-driven Senior Program Manager at Amazon, where they have successfully orchestrated partnerships with major charities and launched significant campaigns during the UK’s cost-of-living crisis. Max specializes in project management and community impact, and they currently serve as Co-Chair of Glamazon, Amazon's LGBT+ Employee Resource Group, consistently ranked among the top ten in the UK. Prior to Amazon, Max gained experience at CHANEL and Apple, where they honed their skills in design and customer relations. Max is pursuing a degree in Industrial Design and Technology at Brunel University London.
