Mayank Apte

Mayank Apte is a business development professional with extensive experience in program management and systems engineering. Mayank began as a Business Development Intern at Anosales, focusing on sales and marketing strategies in the US and Europe. Mayank subsequently worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Systems Engineer, engaging with clients and contributing to project design and testing. At Amazon, Mayank held several significant roles, including Program Manager II for the Global Command Center, where responsibilities included managing digital services and service levels, and winning the "Customer Voice" Award in 2020. Mayank also served as Group Manager for Digital, Devices, and Alexa Support, overseeing device launches and process improvements, as well as managing customer service operations. Mayank holds an Engineer’s Degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Shri Vaishnav Institute of Technology and Science and a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from T.A.PAI Management Institute.
