Mayank Nigam

Mayank Nigam is the Head of Worldwide Capacity Planning for Returns, Recommerce, and Sustainability at Amazon, where they utilize data to deliver actionable insights to senior decision-makers. They have held several key positions at Amazon, including Senior Program Manager and Senior Manager in Transportation Network Planning. Prior to Amazon, Mayank gained valuable experience as an Engagement Manager at Mu Sigma and worked as a Senior Software Engineer at SAP Labs India. Mayank holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) and an MBA from the University of Oxford's Said Business School, where they graduated with distinction.
