Mejan R. is a Senior Product Designer at Amazon, where they lead design efforts for the Amazon Small Business Academy. With over 10 years of experience in end-to-end UX and product design, Mejan has worked with renowned organizations such as Porsche Digital and Kroger during their time at ThoughtWorks. They have a history of creating custom design systems, conducting user research, and facilitating strategic workshops to enhance product usability. Mejan has also held roles in various capacities, including Creative Director at SnapShip and User Experience Design Intern at Cisco. Currently, Mejan is pursuing further education at the University of California San Diego.
