Mel Almachar

Mel Almachar has extensive experience in recruitment and administrative support, most notably as a Sourcing Recruiter and Recruiting Coordinator at Amazon from December 2019 to April 2025, where coordination of approximately 70 candidate loops per month and collaboration with various stakeholders was key.
