Currently serving as a Manager in Product Management at Amazon and a Business Consultant, they previously held the position of Chief Product Officer at Koala, where they led organization-wide projects and championed a culture of psychological safety. Melanie has developed multiple eCommerce products that achieved significant growth, managed substantial budgets in various marketing roles, and built a strong foundation in product management practices. They hold a background in Art History from the Temple Rome Center.
