They have led numerous high-impact projects, including a new product launch at AncestryHealth and a multi-year global Accounts Receivable Consolidation Program at American Express, achieving significant cost savings and operational improvements. Currently, Melisa serves as a Senior Technical Program Manager at Amazon, where they focus on enhancing security standards across various service teams. Melisa holds both an MBA and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from Westminster College. When not working, they enjoy outdoor activities with their two dogs.
