Mengji Liu

Mengji Liu has extensive experience in administrative support and client management, having served as an Administrative Assistant at LUMISA ENERGIAS from May 2014 to March 2020, where responsibilities included managing contracts and customer communications with Chinese clients. Prior to that, Mengji worked as an Assistant/Online Shop Manager at Compañía Vela Hcci, overseeing customer orders and the online shopping platform. Additionally, Mengji was a Guide at Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera, providing tours in English and Chinese from February 2018 to February 2020. Currently, Mengji holds the position of Transaction Risk Investigator at Amazon since March 2020, with a focus on investigative tasks and training related to customer compliance and risk assessment. Earlier work experience includes temporary roles as a Supermarket Promoter and Market Researcher at Grupo TESCO. Mengji Liu holds a Master’s degree in Direction and Management of International Businesses from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
