Michael Harjani

Michael Harjani is a data engineer with extensive experience in developing systems to enhance operational efficiency. Currently employed at Care 4 Mankind since January 2018, Michael has successfully developed a payroll system that monitors employee trends and reduces discrepancies, as well as built interfaces for student competition prompts. Previous roles include lead line cook at Bellaggio Restaurant, treasurer for Toastmasters Mastermind Group, set representative at BCIT, and student mentor at TiE. Michael also serves as an inbound process assistant at Amazon Fulfillment Center since August 2021, where productivity output improved through data-driven coaching and proactive initiatives. Michael's educational background includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from the British Columbia Institute of Technology, various data analytics certifications, and a MicroMasters in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from MITx.
