Michael Johnson possesses extensive experience in operational support and management roles across multiple companies, including Amazon, HCL Technologies, and Google. Johnson began a career at Infosys BPO as a Process Executive, where responsibilities included acting as a diagnostic advisor for broadband services, client communication, and training. Subsequently, as a Team Coordinator at Theorem Ind Pvt Ltd, Johnson provided technical support and ad trafficking services, followed by a position as a Team Lead at Google, focusing on ad campaign optimization and client relations. Currently serving as a Senior Ad Success Manager at Amazon since 2016, Johnson manages advertising success through effective strategy implementation and stakeholder coordination. Educational credentials include an MBA from IGNOU and a B.Com from St. Philomena’s College.
