Michael Kelly

Michael Kelly is the Associate General Counsel for Intellectual Property at Amazon, where they lead a team providing legal support in branding and intellectual property. They have served as Corporate Counsel and Senior Corporate Counsel at Amazon from 2014 to 2017 and began their current role in 2022. Previously, Michael was a Partner at Kenyon & Kenyon from 2003 to 2014 and also held positions as an Assistant to professors at Harvard University and New York Law School. Michael earned a J.D. from Boston College Law School in 2003 and a B.A. in Biology from Boston University in 2000.
