Michael Leen is a mission-driven global product marketing and strategic communications leader with a strong background in managing teams and developing impactful marketing strategies. Currently serving as the Head of Product Marketing at Amazon, Leen leads efforts to launch new payment methods and personalize customer experiences through machine learning. Previously, as a Sr. Product Manager at Amazon, they achieved notable success in customer acquisition and marketing for Alexa devices and services. Leen also has experience as a Program Manager with Maryknoll Lay Missioners, where they founded a financial inclusion program in Tanzania, and as a Brand Manager at Keurig Dr Pepper Inc., where they significantly enhanced brand strategies and communications. They hold a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Theology from Boston College and an MBA in Marketing from Southern Methodist University.
