Michael Morrison

Michael Morrison serves as the General Manager of an Amazon Robotic Sortable Fulfillment Center, leading a team of 83 Operations Managers and overseeing 4,000 Amazon Associates. Previously, they held the position of Senior Operations Manager at Amazon, where they were responsible for all inbound operations and set multiple network records for efficiency. Michael’s military background includes significant roles in the US Army, such as Battalion Logistics Officer and Commander of an Explosive Ordnance Disposal Company, where they trained and led teams in high-pressure environments. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point and were selected as one of five Army officers for a prestigious Master's program in Nuclear Engineering at the Air Force Institute of Technology.
