Michael Rigden

Michael Rigden possesses extensive experience in warehouse operations and management within notable companies. At Uline, from August 2018 to February 2022, Michael was cross-trained in various aspects of warehouse operations, including receiving and inventory management. Prior to that, as a Department Manager at Menards from May 2014 to August 2018, Michael successfully managed the largest department, achieving a 15% annual sales increase and fostering team development, which significantly reduced staff turnover. Currently, Michael serves as an Area Manager II at Amazon, where responsibilities include mentoring and supporting a team of managers and over 150 associates, as well as leading impactful projects. Michael earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics and Supply Chain Management and Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee's Lubar School of Business between 2014 and 2019.
