Michael Slaugh

Michael Slaugh is a Cybersecurity leader with expertise in customer authentication, risk management, and cyber threats. Currently, they serve as a Principal in Information Security focusing on Identity and Access Management at Amazon. Previously, Michael held various positions at USAA, including Information Security Director and Executive Director of Financial Crimes Prevention, where they led teams in managing comprehensive security strategies. They earned a Master’s degree in Information Technology from The University of Texas at San Antonio and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Utah Valley University.
