Michael Toulouse is the Head of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering and Hardware Operations at Amazon Fulfillment Technologies & Robotics, where they lead hardware engineering teams to drive quality excellence across the company's robotics and automation products. With nearly 20 years of experience, Michael has a proven track record in process improvement and quality systems, having previously held positions at Schlumberger and NexTier Oilfield Solutions. They hold an M.S.E. and B.S.E. in Industrial and Operations Engineering from the University of Michigan and are a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and ISO 9001 Lead Auditor. Michael is passionate about managing a global supplier ecosystem and scaling innovation with quality across diverse products.
