Michael Weeks

Michael Weeks is an HR executive and transformation leader with a strong focus on people strategy and business partnership. They have extensive experience in scaling HR functions and designing strategies to drive business transformation. Currently, Michael serves as the Head of HR for Amazon Canada, where they lead a team focused on site development and national people strategy. Previously, Michael held various roles, including HR/LR Consultant at the Community Social Services Employers' Association and Sr. Director of HR at realtor.com, where they managed HR business partnering and organizational development tasks. Michael is also pursuing a Bachelor of Business Administration at Athabasca University and a Diploma of Technology in HR from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
