Michał Kołosowski is currently the EU Senior Regional Reliability Maintenance Engineering Manager at Amazon, overseeing a vast scope of operations across over 50 buildings in the EU and managing approximately 2,500 technical personnel. With previous roles at Amazon as Reliability Maintenance Engineering Area Manager and Manager, Michał contributed significantly to the launch of the first Amazon Robotics building in Poland. Before joining Amazon, Michał held the position of Production Engineer at Unilever and completed engineering internships at Grupa LOTOS S.A. Michał holds a Master's degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering, as well as multiple Bachelor's degrees from Gdańsk University of Technology.
