Michelle Jolly is a seasoned sustainability executive and product leader, known for guiding teams at Amazon to develop innovative solutions for decarbonizing operations and fostering collective action against climate change. Having served as the Category and Store Format Strategy Leader at Amazon Specialty Retail Stores, Michelle has played a pivotal role in operating the Amazon Sustainability Exchange. In addition to their corporate experience, Michelle co-founded the L.A. Contemporary Dance Company and currently teaches Product Management Strategy to MBA students at Carnegie Mellon University. They hold an MBA from Yale University and a BS in Business Entrepreneurship and Theatre from USC Marshall School of Business.
