Michelle Lichtman is a strategic communications and employee experience leader with over 15 years of expertise in driving organizational transformation. Notable roles include serving as a Senior Program Manager at Amazon and currently as a Manager, Program Management and Diversity Leader. Previously, Michelle held positions at GES and various investment banking and financial companies, all focused on communications leadership. Michelle is also a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional and a board member of the SW Women’s Club. Michelle continues their education at Kingston University, American University, and holds a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Southern Maine and a Master's Degree from Brandeis University.
