Mike Aragon is a seasoned UX and service design leader with over 20 years of experience in transforming complex systems, currently serving as a UX Design Manager at Amazon. Previously, they held significant roles, including Senior UX Service Design Manager at Charles Schwab, where they pioneered processes in automation and usability testing. Mike co-founded Design Leaders, aimed at enriching the design practice within the Denver Metro area, and has also contributed as an adjunct faculty member at Glendale Community College. Their educational background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Capella University and ongoing certification in Computer Information Systems at Arizona State Community College.
