Mike Galvin

Mike Galvin is currently a Senior Manager of Executive Security within the Protective Services organization at Amazon, where they manage a team focused on the safety of senior leaders, the Board of Directors, and VIPs. Their responsibilities include Executive Protection, Event Security Planning, Armed Aggressor Prevention, Risk Assessments, and Security Operations. Prior to their role at Amazon, Mike worked as a police officer for two departments in Washington State, serving in Tacoma from 2010 to 2018 and in Lynnwood from 2007 to 2010. Mike holds a degree from Washington State University, where they studied from 2002 to 2006.
