Mike Wheeler is a versatile ecommerce leader with extensive experience in strategy, operations management, and customer experience. They have held significant roles at Microsoft, where they enhanced operational efficiency and led a transformation initiative for engineering teams, as well as at Amazon, where they scaled the Trade-in program and drove innovation in product management. Currently, Mike is pursuing a Master's degree at the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor's degree at San Francisco State University, further enhancing their expertise in the field.
