Milind Gawas

Milind Gawas is a WHS professional with four years of experience in HSE management and two years in Quality Control, focusing on inspection and engineering activities related to ships. They began their career as a Jr. QC Inspector at Mazagon Dock Ltd and later worked as a Safety Officer before taking on roles at TK Elevator, where they coordinated HSE training and inspections. Currently, Milind serves as a Multi-Site WHS Officer at Amazon since 2022. They hold a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Mumbai University and an ADIS in Safety, achieving first-class honors in both.
