Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at Amazon, Minhaj has successfully scaled AWS services to over 1 million instances and has a proven track record in launching industry-first ML platforms. Former roles include Director of Engineering and VP of Engineering & CoE at Nisum, where they led large-scale distributed systems and digital transformation efforts for major retail clients. Minhaj co-founded PricePong, a personalized pricing platform leveraging machine learning, and previously held a staff engineering position at OSI Technologies. Their deep expertise encompasses GPU & HPC platforms, LLMs, and generative AI integration.
