Minji Lee has a diverse background in hospitality, human resources, and operations management. Experience includes roles at Marriott International as a Guest Service Agent and at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where responsibilities involved front desk operations and staff management. Additionally, Minji worked at Michigan State University Benefits Office as a Student Employee, assisting with benefit inquiries. In the US Army, Minji advanced through various human resource and finance roles, ultimately serving as Operations Manager, focusing on risk management and operational efficiency.
