Mohammad El-Naser

Mohammad El-Naser has extensive experience in education and operations, having served as an IT Teacher and Instructional Designer at a private school from January 2013 to January 2015, where responsibilities included teaching IT and conducting workshops for teachers on interactive content design. Subsequently, from May 2015 to February 2023, Mohammad held various positions at Amazon, including Trainer & Instructor, Operations Lead, and CS Quality Analyst, where duties encompassed auditing customer interactions, mentoring employees, and leading teams to improve customer experience and operational processes. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Educational Technology from Jadara University and a Postgraduate diploma in Graphic Design from The London College UCK.
