Mohammad Shadab has extensive experience in responsible sourcing and supply chain sustainability, holding key positions such as Regional Director for Responsible Sourcing at Target and Lead for Global Engagement at Amazon. They have also served as a Senior Assistant Director at FICCI and as a Regional Programme Manager for Sustainable Fashion at Solidaridad. Their earlier roles include consulting for the Centre for Responsible Business and managing global partnerships at Gap Inc. Mohammad holds an MBA from the Faculty of Management Studies at the University of Delhi, as well as degrees in law and social sciences from Delhi University and Jamia Millia Islamia.
