Mohsen Fard possesses extensive experience in engineering and quality assurance, with a focus on test engineering and design validation. At Synapse Product Development, Mohsen Fard was a Test Engineer responsible for testing and ensuring quality during both development and production, specializing in automation, signal integrity, and design validation. Prior to that role, at Microsoft, Mohsen Fard served as a Design Validation Engineer, conducting thorough tests on prototype motherboards, particularly focusing on high-speed buses and various serial interfaces. Since January 2021, Mohsen Fard has been with Fresh Consulting at Facebook, working on signal and power integrity, and is currently employed as a System Engineer at Amazon as of October 2023. Earlier, from June 2015 to January 2018, Mohsen Fard worked at ATS as a Test Engineer, where responsibilities included creating test plans for class three medical devices and automating functional tests using C#/Python. Mohsen Fard holds a Master’s Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Nottingham, obtained in 2011.
