Molly Johnson is an accomplished finance professional currently serving as the Director of Risk Management Excellence and WW Sustainability Finance at Amazon since June 2022, after holding the position of Director of Global Financial Risk & Controls from May 2019 to June 2022. In their current role, Molly leads a finance support team for global initiatives and has established a multi-disciplinary team to enhance controllership and transparency across AWS. Molly has redesigned the AWS Enterprise Risk Management program and actively provides career guidance to a diverse team. Additionally, Molly co-chairs the Women in FGBS Initiative. Previously, Molly served on the Board of Directors for Cancer Lifeline and as a Board Advisor for Childhaven. With extensive experience in risk management at EY and a background in operations at Car Wash Partners, Molly holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Boise State University.
