Previously, Monica served as a Deputy Manager at IBM and Kyndryl before advancing to their current role. Monica began their career as a Special Educator with the National Association For the Blind and has a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, along with a Bachelor’s in Education from the University of Delhi.
