Monique Dollison

Monique Dollison is a Senior Human Resource Manager with over 18 years of experience in Automotive Manufacturing and 7 years in Warehouse Distributions, including 3PL Management. They previously played pivotal roles in three start-up Distribution Centers: Collective Brands, Caterpillar, and Thirty-One Gifts. Monique spent 15 years at General Motors, where they implemented GMS and Lean Manufacturing principles, and has been with Amazon for four years. They hold an MBA and a B.B.A. from the University of Phoenix. Recently, Monique transitioned to a Human Resources Business Partner role at IND8.
