Morgan White-Smith

Morgan White-Smith is a Director of Strategic Tax Planning at Amazon, having previously served as a Tax Manager in M&A for the company. Morgan has also worked as an Associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP and held clerkships at the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and U.S. Bankruptcy Court. Education includes a JD from the University of Chicago Law School and a BA in Liberal Arts from St. John's College. Currently, Morgan teaches Corporate Tax as a lecturer at the University of Washington School of Law.
