Mugdha Goud

Mugdha Goud has extensive experience in product and customer insights, currently serving as a Sr. Manager at Amazon since October 2017, with a previous role as a Sr. Product and Customer Insights Manager focused on Customer & Seller Experience Strategy. Prior to Amazon, Mugdha worked at Accenture in India from December 2016 to October 2017 as an Engagement Manager, and held various roles including Consultant and Analyst from May 2012 to December 2016. Early career stages included a Summer Internship at Accenture Management Consulting in 2011 and at Bhabha Atomic Research Centre in 2008. Mugdha holds an MBA- PGDM in Management from the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad and a B-Tech in Electronics and Communication from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka, along with a high school education from Vasant Vihar High School.
