Muhammad Ibrahim

Muhammad Ibrahim is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Muhammad began a career in recruitment at Wasla Contact Center before moving to Vodafone as a Campaign Management Agent. Subsequently, Muhammad served in several HR roles at PepsiCo, including Area Sales HR Manager and OD Associate Manager, where operational support and effective implementation of HR policies were key responsibilities. In 2019, Muhammad took on the role of Director, HR Business Partner at The American University in Cairo, providing strategic HR support for university functions. Transitioning to Amazon in 2020, Muhammad has been instrumental as an HR Business Partner, leading HR initiatives and performance management for the UAE and Jordan. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Sadat Academy and a Diploma in Human Resources Management from The American University in Cairo.
