Munjal Pandya possesses extensive experience in management and operations across various industries. From September 2015 to October 2018, Munjal served as Workshop Manager at Patel Air System, where responsibilities included overseeing workshop operations, managing inventory, and ensuring after-sales service. Following this, a tenure as Plant Manager at RAJKAMAL BUILDERS INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED from November 2018 to September 2020 involved overseeing a SCADA-based sewage treatment plant, leading a team of engineers, and ensuring compliance with environmental standards. In August 2021, Munjal joined Amazon, holding multiple roles including Associate, Health and Safety Coordinator, Transportation Operations Manager, and Area Manager, where duties encompassed managing fulfillment centre operations and enhancing safety and efficiency. Munjal holds a Diploma and Engineer’s Degree from Gujarat Technological University and an MSc in Engineering Management from Coventry University, achieving distinctions in higher education.
