Murray Jackson

Murray Jackson has a diverse background in coaching and operations management. Starting as a Football Coach at Elite Soccer Coaching Ltd from 2008 to 2014, Murray was responsible for planning and leading sessions for children. Transitioning to Tesco as a Team Supervisor, skills in training colleagues and managing resources were honed. Murray then contributed to Amazon from 2019 to 2020, initially supporting the launch of a customer relations program and later advancing through roles such as EU DSP Process Excellence and Operations Supervisor, where responsibilities included training, process optimization, and managing customer service escalations. Murray holds a Bachelor of Science in Sports and Exercise from Edinburgh Napier University and a Higher National Diploma from Stevenson College Edinburgh.
