Mustafa Shaikh has extensive experience in service quality and operations management, having worked at TNT as an Executive Service Quality from October 2007 to October 2012. Mustafa later joined Amazon in February 2017, progressing through various roles including Manager ACES, Training Manager, Regional Training Manager (Sort Centre), Sr. Program Manager ACES, SWA-Business Development Manager, and Last Mile Delivery Manager, where responsibilities involved managing last mile deliveries and developing alternative delivery channels through local kirana shops.
