Naina Gera

Naina Gera is a seasoned professional specializing in supply chain management with a strong background in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry. Currently a Manager in Product Management at Amazon, Naina has also held positions as Senior Instock Manager and Head of Instock Management, driving operational improvements and customer experience. Previously, Naina spent time at Unilever as a Senior R&D Associate, where they led product design for the global Lifebuoy brand and implemented sustainable solutions. Naina holds an MBA from Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management and is pursuing further studies in Pharmacy and Packaging Science.
