Nancy Dalton, SHRM-SCP, serves as the Director of Amazon Access, External Affairs, Marketing and Social Impact at Amazon, where responsibilities include developing programs to enhance access and equity in food, health, and financial services. Previously, Nancy held various leadership roles at Amazon, such as Head of Marketing and Community Partnerships for Amazon Consumables, Global Head of Shared Services for WW Ops Talent Acquisition, and Global Head of Learning, Performance, and DEI initiatives. Prior experience includes roles as Global Head of Learning and Quality and Senior Director of Customer Experience at Barclaycard, as well as positions at Bank of America. Currently, Nancy contributes as a Board Member at the Food Research & Action Center and is a member of Chief. Nancy holds an Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy from the University of Pennsylvania and degrees in English and Organizational Dynamics from Saint Joseph's University and Wilmington University, respectively.
