Naomi Mitchell

Naomi Mitchell, MSocSc (Crim), B.Psych, CTM, is a Certified Threat Manager with over 20 years of investigative experience in corporate security and law enforcement. Naomi has worked as a Police Officer with the NSW Police Force and Victoria Police, and served as a Public Protection Officer with Thames Valley Police. Currently, Naomi leads strategic programs in workplace violence prevention and risk management as a Behavioural Threat Manager at Amazon, focusing on employee safety and organizational resilience. Naomi holds degrees in Psychology and Criminology, which complement her strategic approach to mitigating risks in complex environments.
