Natalia Archibald is an accomplished analytics and data science leader with extensive experience in e-commerce and supply chain management. Currently serving as the Head of Analytics and Data Science for Amazon Books and Goodreads since July 2017, Natalia oversees analytics initiatives including search science, marketing analytics, recommendation systems, and generative AI applications. Prior to Amazon, Natalia held several senior leadership roles at Gap Inc. from January 1999 to June 2017, where responsibilities included leading data science teams for global supply chain analytics, inventory management, and operational strategies. With an educational background in business, holding an MBA and BBA from Washburn University, as well as experience in merchandise analytics from Payless ShoeSource, Natalia has demonstrated a strong ability to drive data-driven decision-making and operational efficiencies across diverse industries.
