Natalie Arkle

Natalie Arkle has a diverse background in human resources and admissions, starting with an internship at PrimeTech Communications, Inc. where responsibilities included coordinating supervisor training and improving expense reporting practices. During time at Ball State University, Natalie served as an Undergraduate Intern in the Office of Admissions, leading information sessions and managing communications with prospective students. Additionally, experiences as a Campus Tour Guide enhanced public speaking and engagement skills. At GE Global Operations, Natalie streamlined training processes and contributed to research on Millennials and social media. Most recently, a tenure at Amazon involved various roles within human resources, including HR Business Partner and multiple positions in escalations investigations, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving HR processes and employee engagement.
