Nathan Baker

Nathan Baker is a retired Naval Aviator with over 20 years of experience in strategic planning, operations management, and program management. They have held various leadership roles, including Operations Manager at Amazon and Chief of Plans for Marine Forces Pacific, where they successfully designed operational plans for 90,000 Marines and Sailors. Nathan accrued 3000 mishap-free flight hours in tactical jet platforms and demonstrated expertise in team-building, budget management, and organizational effectiveness. They earned a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from the USAF Air Command and Staff College and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Western Kentucky University.
