Nathan Swartz is a strategic business leader known for transforming complex challenges into actionable strategies. With extensive experience in supply chain and logistics, Nathan has held executive roles at Amazon North America and served 24 years in the U.S. Army, retiring as a Colonel. Nathan's educational background includes master's degrees in Business and Supply Chain Management from the University of Kansas and Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy. Currently, Nathan leads Amazon's Reliability & Maintenance Engineering Third Party Management Team, overseeing operations for over 700 sites across the United States and Canada. In addition to professional commitments, Nathan actively contributes to Middle Tennessee State University's Jones College of Business and coaches youth flag football in Northern Virginia.
