Nathaniel Coker

Nathaniel Coker is the founder of Wayfound Consulting and currently serves as a Learning and Development Manager at Amazon. With past experience as a General Manager at Gopuff and a Store Manager at Starbucks, Nathaniel has a strong background in operations and leadership. Their career began in the US Navy, where they held several roles, including Operations LPO and Navigation Division LPO, managing operations and personnel in high-pressure scenarios. Nathaniel earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Excelsior College.
