Navid Shafa

Navid Shafa is a Senior Program Manager in GES Design & Construction at Amazon, where they apply a data-driven approach and attention to detail to execute complex projects. Previously, they served as a Project Manager at Scott Coatings, overseeing commercial construction projects and achieving notable profit margins. Navid has also held positions with Global Metal Works & Erectors, Hydroslice Aerospace, and OMAX Corporation, gaining extensive experience in project management, mechanical design, and engineering. They co-founded FRC GameSense, providing analysis for robotics competitions, and have contributed to various community initiatives through AmeriCorps. Navid holds a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Western Washington University, Highline College, and Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
