Nayab Charolia

Nayab Charolia is a data-driven instructional designer and learning specialist currently serving as a Senior Learning Project Manager at Amazon. Previously, Nayab held roles such as Learning Manager at Shell and Learning Project Manager at the Aga Khan Development Network, where they developed nationwide educational programs aimed at enhancing access for underprivileged communities. Nayab has also contributed as a 4th Grade Team Lead at Fort Bend ISD and a 2nd Grade Teacher at Houston ISD. They hold a Master of Arts in Curriculum and Teaching from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Learning and Development from The University of Texas at Austin.
