Neha has successfully led a 125+ engineering organization focused on Same-Day Delivery, significantly enhancing customer experiences and driving business transformation. Previously, Neha holds a track record of leadership roles at Amazon, including Senior Manager of Software Development for Prime Video, where strategic modernization efforts achieved substantial operational efficiencies. Neha's earlier career includes key positions at Motricity, Microsoft, Pfizer, Aetna, and QCSI. Neha earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Indira Gandhi Institute of Technology.
