Neha Sharma is a seasoned Senior Program Manager with over 10 years of experience in driving process improvements across technology, finance, and healthcare sectors. Currently, Neha manages the Healthcare and AWS portfolio for FinOps at Amazon, where they have implemented a comprehensive automation program, resulting in $3 million in cost savings. Previously, Neha held key roles at MedStar Health, where they directed significant revenue-generating initiatives, and at Emory Healthcare, where they enhanced patient access through technology integration. Neha's earlier experience includes positions at Johns Hopkins Medicine, EHR Evolution, and the University of Maryland Medical Center, complemented by an Administrative Fellowship at Columbia University Irving Medical Center.
